Yonge-Dundas Square seeks Audio-Visual Partner
Yonge-Dundas Square invites qualified professional organizations to submit proposals to provide audio-visual services, lighting, staging equipment, technical staff, and related services for special events. Previous experience and expertise in supplying the necessary labour, material, equipment, and supervision are required.
Interested suppliers will be expected to review the Request or Proposal in full, attend a mandatory meeting, and develop a proposal and bid to meet the needs of Yonge-Dundas Square event clients and the public at large.
Toronto Rib & Beer Fest
The contract will be for a period of three (3) years commencing on or about January 1, 2024. There is an option to renew the Contract for two (2) additional Contract renewal periods of one (1) year each.
